I had the opportunity to create two videos for the release of Humanworkstation's second EP, cruel+.

Each video took a unique approach. For cruel, I repurposed a long-forgotten roll of Super 8 film from a hiking trip with friends, contrasting the artist’s weltschmerz with a nostalgic feel. In the video for prett!est, we depicted the artist acting out his struggle with relationships.

Ella Ezra x Leon Eichelbaum (2023)

This video loop, originally published on instagram, promotes the first collaborative work of artists Ella Ezra and Leon Eichelbaum. Their first joint endeavour resulted in a one-of-a-kind hand-knitted scarf that is covered in playful artwork.

While creating my bachelor-project, i was inspired by a building that i felt had a very unique presence over it´s surroundings. I first saw it years ago when, for whatever reason, i ended up in Neugereut, a calm neighbourhood just outside of Stuttgart. After initially encountering the building i started spotting it more and more in my day-to-day life. It became somewhat of a landmark to me. I imagined what it could stand for and what it might witness.

fabi rave mansion (2023)

An independently produced video celebrating Fabi´s distinctive take on skating. His creativity is most apparent in the ways he utilizes the enviroment he´s given. Rarely does he struggle to come up with a trick or movement. He loves making something out of nothing. This creativity, mixed with great amounts of enthusiasm and energy, make his skating a truly exciting thing to witness.

As part of a class on experimental animation, i made this short video loop addressing the feelings of isolation and boredom that the pandemic brought for many of us. Each frame is hand-painted.

During the pandemic, I also became obsessed with Radiohead's 'Kid A' album. Inspired by the album's cover art, this project serves as a visual representation of what my breaks from online classes looked like. This work was also done for the experimental animation class.
